Exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Of course, when you are starting on on dieting then the exercise may make you feel hungrier than before even on days that you don't work out. This could mean alot of extra calories in your diet that you don't need.
Exercise should be used with a proper eating plan that contains good food in proper helpings. A proper helping makes you feel satisfied but not full. Plus you have to restrict your meals to 3 times a day with raw fruit and vegetable(like celery) for snack foods.
